Managerial coaching

The aim is to support managers in their understanding of the articulation between their management and the strategic issues of the company and to identify the action levers to use to for the best response.

  • in their personal operating mode
  • in their competencies
  • in their handling of situations

whether with their staff, peers or their own manager.

What makes our coaching different is this articulation between strategy, management and abilities/personal skills, which requires considerable strategic and managerial appropriation on the part of the consultant.

Coaching lasts for approximately 6 months, with 2 sessions per month.

Individual coaching *

Whether for managers starting a new position or wishing to develop their potential, the aim is for them to stand back, comprehend their operating mode and learn how to mobilize their resources.

After an initial session to set precise objectives, 6 to 10 work sessions are programmed over a 6-month period, with a final assessment drawn up in relation to the initial objectives.

Team coaching *

Whether to form or strengthen a team, help it to overcome a crisis or to unite it around a project, the aim of team coaching is to improve capacity for shared work, to better communicate and to develop shared identity and vision.

Team coaching can take place in a seminar outside of a professional context, or else as a programme consisting of sessions over several months.

HRD and HRM Coaching and Training

Whether for HR managers or directors starting a new position, being promoted or reinforcing competencies, the aim is for them to progress both in their personal operating modes and technical expertise, within a framework of basic skills or projects to be initiated or developed.
