"Management" and "HR" trainings

Our expertise

Our operational and academic expertise is centred on Management and Human Resources and is intended for:

  • Managers that we train in all aspects of management
  • Human Resources Managers and Directors, for whom we consolidate the fundamental aspects of their profession or prepare for new or innovative projects.

Working with our clients, we put together training programmes in accordance with their objectives and with a short or long term vision. These programmes combine up-to-date theory and real-life situations that we have encountered.

Our trainers are from the business world, as well as being in direct contact with further education institutions and universities, training not only students, but also current and future managers, on all subjects involving management and human resources.

For HRD and HRM, the trainers are themselves professionals in this field. Sylvie Klein, for example, is a former HRD of major international groups and a trainer in HR-related subjects at Lyon Management School, Lyon Institute of Social management and at Lyon University for the Masters in HR.

Personalized modules or a professional development programme

  • Personalized modules
The themes are decided with the company.
  • Professional development programme
After fixing the professional development issues involved with the HRD or the decision-makers, a programme can be defined in modules, with a multi-year view if needed. The training sessions can be accompanied by practical operational action plans for managers, with follow-up and support from ourselves.
