Personalized outplacement

The aim of personalized outplacement is for executives to turn a key transition phase into an opportunity, that they become full players in their professional lives and open up the field of possibilities. We make sure that the projects are consistent not only with desires, but also with skills, potential and the realities of the market. Indeed, a validation stage of the projects is conducted with our business consultants or with external professionals belonging to our network.

How we proceed

Personal and professional assessment / Motivations

A thorough analysis of professional skills acquired through key achievements, together with an assessment of personal abilities and characteristics enable us to review the executive’s career path and identify consistent elements. Working on current and future motivation levers helps us to define medium and long term objectives.

Project building

Using these 3 elements as a starting point, we determine various detailed projects combining skills, personality traits and motivation levers (such as duties, responsibilities and environments). We confront these projects with various feasibility criteria (business or location-related constraints, for example) and, if necessary, they are validated by our business consultants or the external professionals belonging to our network. Lastly, we draw up associated action plans.

Implementing the projects

When implementing projects, our support is highly operational and includes training in network techniques, the opening up of our consultancy network, interview simulations, access to our databases and the sharing of experiences and networks with other people during weekly group meetings.

* Creating and taking over companies
The specific experience of our consultants in this area enables us to assess the entrepreneurial capacities of the person, to define a project, along with its pertinence and viability, and to accompany them in a fully operational manner in preparing the project and targeting and approaching company they wish to take over. As regards the more technical aspects of projects, we can open up our network of partners (institutional, accountants, corporate lawyers and investors).
