"Career Dynamics" assessments
The aim of a Career Dynamics assessment is to develop and structure a dynamic programme, enabling the accompanied executive to become a true player in the development of their career within the company.
Our role is to incite them into finding their own levers and knowing how to use them to draw up or propose one or more professional projects matching their skills and aspirations, as well as being in line with the requirements and operating mode of their company.
This process lasts around 4 to 6 weeks, with about twenty hours on a one-to-one basis with the Consultant, and consists of three parts:
1. Personal and professional assessment / Motivations
A thorough analysis of professional skills acquired through key achievements, together with an assessment of personal abilities and characteristics enable us to review the executive’s career path and identify consistent elements. Working on current and future motivation levers helps us to define medium and long term objectives.
2. Project building
Using these 3 elements as a starting point, we determine various detailed projects combining skills, personality traits and motivation levers (such as duties, responsibilities and environments). We compare these projects with various feasibility criteria (business or location-related constraints, for example) and, if necessary, they are validated by our business consultants or the external professionals belonging to our network. Lastly, we draw up associated action plans, in particular involving the development of skills required to achieve the projects.
3. Reporting back to the company
he executive presents his company with the complete process and the feasible projects, using a support prepared with the assistance of the Consultant.
If the company and the executive agree, the report can take place in the presence of the Consultant, although it will be presented by the executive themselves.
